Using the center hole, slip the foam hanger cover through the neck of the hanger.

Firmly holding the foam at the neck of the hanger, stretch one of the ends of the hanger cover.

Wrap the hanger cover around the extremity of the hanger.

Firmly holding the foam at the neck of the hanger, stretch the other end and wrap it around the hanger.
